receiver

receiver, a collection of cinematic deep beat tracks as presented by q.p.a, dmcq and Marty Snape on bass. An electronic, experimental music project based on live improvisational recordings. Follow anunusualleopard into their musical universe, a positive twilight consisting of weird and beautiful mainly electronically generated sounds engaging the conscious mind, body, subconscious and the spiritual. Instruments used are no-input mixing desk, digital computer enhanced sounds, synthesizers, electronic guitar effects, bass and head turning voice samples. Receiver is the sequel to the "Believer" EP also created by anunusualleopard.

believer

on this, the believer EP, anunusualleopard present downbeat tracks using deep bass lines, sequenced electronic break-beats, challenging odd voice samples acompanied by the characteristically teasing, unearthly and almost organic "no input mixing desk" sound modulations. instruments used are no input mixing desk, guitar effects, various software effects and looping, analogue synthesizers and bass guitar.

an idea borne out of a new years night 2012 led to this..... plug in some leads and  hear what happens ... feedback .... chaos and then textures and blends .. enough to start working on ... an enclosed envelope popped forth ....  very  very deep,  alone, embryonic sounds , not lonely,  ecliptical, how have we stumbled on this
